Charles Jeffcoat, III

Charles Jeffcoat, III grew up in Florence, SC. It was through his high school and middle school mock trial competitions that Charles decided to pursue a career as an attorney. After high school, Charles attended Francis Marion University where he graduated Summa Cum Laude, receiving bachelor’s degrees in both Mathematics and Political Science.

At Francis Marion, Charles was able to visit and study at the European Academy of Otzenhausen and received the Neal D. Thigpen Award in South Carolina Politics and Government. Upon graduating college, Charles left Florence to attend Belmont University College of Law in Nashville, TN, which he attended on a Bruin’s Scholarship.

While in law school, Charles focused in estate and small business planning, received the Cali award in his bankruptcy class, and interned with the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Middle District of Florida. Charles practices both litigation and transactional law with a focus on Estate and Small Business Planning.
